How I Approach Therapy
An approach tailored to you. I don't believe that one approach to therapy fits everyone. I take an integrative approach, drawing from different therapeutic frameworks depending on what will be most helpful for you. While these frameworks provide important guidance, I often adapt and tailor the work so the work feels relatable and relevant to each person I work with. Together, we explore patterns and emotions, and experiences while developing practical tools that support a meaningful and embodied change
